Overview

Phase 1: Comprehensive Assessment
Your journey begins with a full exploration of your health history, lifestyle, symptoms, and current nutrition patterns. This allows us to get a complete picture of what your body needs.
This phase includes:
- 4 one-on-one weekly counseling sessions
- A detailed intake questionnaire
- VioScreen dietary analysis to identify nutrient gaps
- Review of amino acid therapy chart (if applicable)
- Identification of gut–brain imbalances
- Evaluation of potential nutrient deficiencies
- Blood sugar pattern analysis
- Personalized care plan based on individual nutritional needs
- Review of your current diet, supplements, and lab results (when provided)
Goal:
To understand the root causes of your symptoms and create a personalized plan for support.
Phase 2: Personalized Counseling & Implementation
You will receive a minimum of four one-on-one sessions with Diane Kingsley, RD, LDN, where your care plan is put into action and adjusted based on how your body responds.
These sessions may focus on:
- Stabilizing blood sugar to reduce fatigue, irritability, mood swings, and cravings
- Supporting neurotransmitter production for improved mood, focus, and emotional balance
- Identifying and removing foods that may be triggering anxiety, inflammation, or digestive issues
- Creating balanced and consistent meal structures
- Incorporating amino acid therapy when appropriate
- Using functional foods and optional supplements to optimize health

To help you feel better, build healthier routines, and learn how nutrition can support your emotional stability, mental clarity, and physical resilience.
Phase 3: Maintenance & Continued Support
After your initial sessions, ongoing support ensures that your progress continues.
This phase may include:
- Adjustments to supplementation or amino acid therapy
- Follow-up on labs as needed
- Stress-management and lifestyle coaching
- Collaboration with your psychiatrist, therapist, or healthcare provider to create integrative, coordinated care
